I like this detox guide very much, it is simple to follow and easy to get all the meals put together. This isn't one of those guides that is all based on juice fasting (which I find is almost impossible to make it through an entire detox phase of), it has a meal plan for all 10 days and it doesn't specify the exact foods I have to eat. It tells me the category or food type and let's me pick what I want...so refreshing! I am on day 4 and already I am starting to feel better on the inside, I think I will be doing this diet more than once. Highly Reccommended!

Sensible! The diet guide made a lot of sense to me as it wasn't like any detox diet I knew that advocated purging myself through hunger. I can actually eat 3 healthy balanced meals, with snacks in between, and do so healthily by making wise food choices.

I found this book very simple and easy to understand. It is very well thought out and detailed, especially when it explains how each major organ is involved in the detox process. I think this is the book's greatest selling point because it promotes detox as a very healthy, safe and reliable weight loss and weight management partner instead of a drastic, detrimental diet fad. By understanding that each body organ undergoes the process I am careful to take care of following the recommended diet plan so I finish the detox not only successfully but in safety - undamaged inside and out. I am on my third day of the plan... so far so good...

I agree with the reviews, this is a very responsible detox diet book. This is my 5th day on the plan. The diet is not as drastic as a full water or liquid detox diet, and because it is a 10 day detox process it is not as rigorous as a weekend plan. I appreciate how it includes exercise, relaxation and fun in the process. When I tried a weekend detox I recalled that I was so weak I couldn't think of even moving much less do exercise, I was just lying in bed the whole weekend. With this detox plan I am not weak at all and I haven't had a headache because of hunger or food deprivation---i can carry on with my normal activities. I really do feel alert and energized and lightweight already. I believe I have found my weight maintenance program with this book. Highly recommend it.

I finished the detox... the whole 10 days. I lost 6 pounds, total! Most of all, I love how I feel... my body feels light, I'm not dragging myself, I haven't noticed myself short-breathing after climbing up stairs. I feel energized! This book puts forward prudent suggestions on body cleansing. The diet guide is reasonably easy to follow. The food choices are very well thought-out, essential food nutrients are instilled. Excellent detox system.
