I have a few workout books and this one is a good companion. I love that it offered some new exercises i hadn't tried before. The charts are easy to understand and follow. What's very helpful is all the exercises in the book are indexed in the back with full descriptions. They don't show photos for all the exercises, but it's easy to comprehend, and I've already added some new routines to my workouts. Book is definitely worth the $10 i paid.

A well-organized guide for the man determined to get in shape the correct (i.e., old-fashioned) way: a gym routine that addresses all major muscle groups - using weights. Great photographs and the perfect size to take along to the gym.
